Moringa the Superfood
A pure harvest of Moringa leaves as a nourishing superfood supplement rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to support energy, immunity and wholistic wellbeing.
Growing up in Kerala, my mom and my grandmom always made sure the children always took a lot of moringa leaf curry that they promptly always cooked after it was plucked weekly from our neighbor's backyard tree. Only later did I realise all its myriad benefits...
Moringa Leaves
- Rich in vitamins A, C and E, plus calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium and zinc
- Contains all nine essential amino acids
- Provides steady, sustained energy without caffeine jitters
- Significant amounts of fiber and phytonutrients
- Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties
Add it as an ingredient in smoothies, or juices like lemon ginger juice.
Add it to dips, bake it, or sprinkle it on top of food before serving.
Make moringa tea by adding it to boiling water.
Mix with your choice of milk or milk substitute for a caffeine-free matcha alternative.
Note: Too much moringa is normally not an issue but if you are consuming medications for thyroid, blood pressure or other issues, please do your research on its compatibility with other medicines.
